Happy Blogmas day 13! I once again apologize for skipping day 12 but I had some things to do and accomplish before I went home for the Holidays and wanted to make sure it was done the right way! Anyway, today I will be sharing the vitamins I take and why I take them. I also do believe that all of these have been working really well for me personally but obviously speak to your doctor if you are taking any prescription medications to see how extra vitamins would interact! This is a short one but I get asked a lot!
1. Women’s Multivitamin
I believe every single person on this Earth, no matter your gender, diet, background whatever should be taking a daily multivitamin. They are there to help you cover the vitamins you miss in your daily diet and just assist in you staying healthy!
After like 4 rounds of blood tests and my doctor telling me I seriously need to be taking a vitamin D supplement, I did it. I will never not take this vitamin again. Being deficient (and most people are, you should get checked) left me lethargic, gaining weight, and overall unhappy. With more vitamin D I definitely have more energy, and feel more well rounded as a human, personally.
B-12 is a natural energy booster, and without it (as well as my coffee) I don’t think I could make it through the day. It’s a really nice way, for me, to just have a little more pep in my step in the morning to help me throughout the day.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar Pills
I don’t know about you, but regular apple cider vinegar taste so bad. This is an easy way to get the supposed metabolism boost that apple cider vinegar is said to give people. I am just now testing it out so I will update soon!
