10 Fall Items That Make Life Better

I know we shouldn’t be tied by material things and all that…but these items make me happy, put me in the fall spirit, and some even increase my quality of life ok. 1. Barefoot Dreams BathRobe

I have written about this item so many times because I seriously love it that much. I will state that it is a lot of money for bathrobe and I understand that may sound so dumb to a lot of you but it has made every single day so much better, It’s such a luxurious fabric and it feels so good to put it on after every shower. I chill in bed in it after a post-workout shower, wear it while I’m doing my hair and makeup, wear it after I did a self care night, and it never gets old. 10/10 would recommend if you have some money burning a hole in your pocket. Especially working from home, this has been one of my best purchases.

2. Almond milk pumpkin spice creamer

If you’re like me and trying to lose weight or just trying to cut dairy out of your diet, this creamer is IT. It’s seriously one of the best tasting creamers I have ever used and really gets me into the fall spirit.

3. Slippers

Never underestimate the power of a comfy slipper. I used to wear socks all around the house but a stay ice cube kicked under the fridge or an ungodly amount of dog hair stuck to the bottom of a sock are the worst feelings in the world. I bought this pair of slippers and wear them CONSTANTLY. They are so comfy my sister went and purchased a pair immediately after she tried them on. I’m a big no shoes in the house kind of gal so these are just amazing. (paired with the robe I mentioned above it’s like I’m wrapped in one big hug constantly.)

4. Target Halloween/harvest Decorations

Target has the best Halloween/Harvest decorations. They stay unmatched. I just placed a huge order that will get here soon to make my room feel as autumnal as possible, They have decorations that are very fall but don’t make it look like Jack Skellington threw up in your room (unless your thing is living in the haunted mansion during this season then more power to you)! I am just a more minimal kind of gal in terms of room decor and like things to be very curated and cozy. Here’s a picture of my favorite little bird decoration that will soon be sitting on my dresser.

5. American Home Candles

Everyone has their preferred candle brand. I still have a very strong love affair with everything Bath and Bodyworks but 1. I live in the keys and we don’t have one and 2. They’re so expensive with how often I go through candles. I found American Home Candles at CVS and they’re a daughter brand of Yankee Candle which I also love. They last SO LONG. I light mine every morning and honestly won’t blow them out until I go to bed and my current candles have been going for weeks. Straight witchcraft. Their scents are very strong and they have such a big array of scents to choose from. My favorite fall scent is Spiced apples and berries.

6. Cardigans

I live in a very warm part of the world. We don’t really get seasons so fall fashion isn’t very different from summer fashion which honestly breaks my heart. I like to make things feel more cozy (especially while working from home) by adding a super soft and thick cardigan to any outfit. I would list sweaters in this list because I LOVE a good sweater but cardigans are more practical during this warm transition period. The photo is my favorite cardigan currently and it is so soft and super affordable.

7. Electric Lighter

I never knew how much I needed an electric lighter until I bought one. Not only do they cut down on waste by being rechargeable and not needing lighter fluid, they don’t need to be thrown away, and they are just super practical. The one I have makes a really cool noise when you use it because of the electrical current it uses to light the candle. It’s super safe and just better for the environment.

8. Booties

Booties for fall, ground breaking. But really, I love a good pair of booties. they tie together so many outfits and make you look chic while also being so comfortable. I got my favorite pair to go with a sweater I bought and I don’t care if it’s 98 degrees out, I will be wearing the outfit every single day.

9. The Ordinary

I got the moisturizer from The ordinary Skincare and I cannot believe I ever used anything else before this. It has helped me clear up my skin so much, has so many great ingredients, is super affordable, and lasts so long. I have cystic acne, I work out every single day while wearing a mask, and still don’t break out as much as I used to. This moisturizer is it.

10. Rabbit Fur Rug (faux)

This might be by number one room purchase of 2020. It is so soft, so chic, and there’s nothing quite as luxurious as waking up and putting your feet directly on to, perhaps, the softest material known to man. I think it makes my room look so sophisticated, my dogs love it, and it stays clean. You should grab one if you’re looking for a new accent to your room.
